Recycled Polyester Fabrics

COFREX® Multi Functional Fabrics
COFREX® features a nano-puff design for moisture-wicking, quick-drying, and UV resistance, combining polyester's durability with cotton's comfort. Free from finishing agents, it leaves no residue and improves moisture-wicking with each wash.
Orientex has developed a range of COFREX™ shirt and suit fabrics, incorporating the latest fashion trends. These fabrics are ideal for uniforms, dress pants/suits, and casual wear (such as golf pants), offering comfort, easy care, and versatility to suit various occasions.
Stretch Fabric (Spandex-Like)
100% polyester provides excellent stretch and recovery properties even without spandex, making it more durable than textiles containing elastic fibers. Its soft texture offers a cotton-like comfort, ensuring superior wearability.
Polyester excels in abrasion resistance, color retention, and ease of care. Additionally, its lightweight nature reduces the burden of wearing, making it especially suitable for lightweight clothing designs.
Wrinkle Free
Polyester, derived from petroleum-based plastic compounds, resists deformation due to its unique properties. Even when compressed, it quickly returns to its original shape.
Compared to other materials, polyester is twice as strong as cotton and four times stronger than wool. Its firmness and smoothness ensure wrinkle resistance, maintaining a crisp look after wear or washing. It is easier to care for than cotton, linen, or wool, making it an ideal choice.
